Staff Accountant - Los Angeles

The Accounting department is currently seeking an Accounting Clerk to become a new addition to the team.

Job Responsibilities include:

  • Working with both the A/R and the A/P teams
  • Process and maintain sales invoices
  • Manage and maintain customer files, statements and credit applications
  • maintain monthly management reports, A/R billing control reports,and cash application paperwork •Verify charges and assist with monthly payments to vendors/publishers
  • Maintain vendor files and assist with annual filing form 1099
  • Assist with account analysis
  • Assist with special requests

Desired:

  • A.A. in Business Administration or Accounting or B.A. in process
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet software
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Works independently and is a self-starter
  • Must have good organizational skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills are necessary to interface with co-workers and various levels of management.
