The Accounting department is currently seeking an Accounting Clerk to become a new addition to the team. Job Responsibilities include: - Working with both the A/R and the A/P teams
- Process and maintain sales invoices
- Manage and maintain customer files, statements and credit applications
- maintain monthly management reports, A/R billing control reports,and cash application paperwork •Verify charges and assist with monthly payments to vendors/publishers
- Maintain vendor files and assist with annual filing form 1099
- Assist with account analysis
- Assist with special requests
Desired: - A.A. in Business Administration or Accounting or B.A. in process
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet software
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Attention to detail
- Works independently and is a self-starter
- Must have good organizational skills
- Good oral and written communication skills are necessary to interface with co-workers and various levels of management.
