Sales Planner - Los Angeles

Currently seeking a Sales Planner to join the Performance Sales team.

Job Responsibilities include:
  • Campaign management - pull and analyze reports, optimize campaigns and calculate weekly/monthly numbers.
  • Creative Management - assist in locating unwanted creatives within our network rotations. This includes the use of firebug, Mozilla add-on.
  • Trafficking - input all new campaigns into AdOps. push campaigns to DFP and assign creatives.
  • Sales - assist wwith research and outreach to new partners. Analyze areas of our inventory not being monetized fully. Negotiate and close new business. Interact with partners on a daily basis to trouble shoot campaigns.
  • Final Reporting - help with final reporting of campaigns and work with accounting to find/fix any discrepancies.
  • Publisher reach out - reaching out to existing or new publishers about the benefits of the performance division and how we drive additional revenue to their sites.
Desired:
  • Previous experience in the online industry, preferably in a sales planning or campaign management role.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of ad serving systems and basic trafficking skills.
  • Self-motivated and hard-working.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Able to multi-task.
  • Desire to learn different aspects of online advertising.
  • Comfortable on the phone.
