Evolve Media, LLC is looking for a skilled candidate to join its Programmatic Operations unit and assist in the management and execution of the company’s growing programmatic advertising strategy. This person will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, Director of Revenue Solutions and Evolve Media’s internal sales teams to help manage the day-to-day responsibilities of creating, managing and optimizing preferred deals and private exchanges transacting in the US and international markets. The candidate will also be responsible for providing reporting on key business metrics including, but not limited to, volume, inventory availability, pricing, yield and overall performance. Additionally, the Programmatic Operations Specialist will be proactive in identifying and taking action to address potential opportunities and foreseeing issues with processes and systems.
The ideal candidate will be a highly strategic individual who possesses strong quantitative & analytical skills, industry knowledge, and client-oriented management skills.
oOversee inventory management, forecasting, pricing, and yield optimization for Evolve Media’s programmatic campaigns.
oManage the creation of programmatic inventory packages and operational workflow involved with setting up Deal ID’s and connecting Evolve Media’s inventory through its supply-side platform (SSP).
oWork with clients to ensure their DSP, or similar bidding technology platform, can access Evolve Media’s inventory through a private exchange.
oTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise. oManage lifecycle of all programmatic campaigns from end-to-end.
•Analytics: Report on successes associated with each programmatic campaign and provide recommendations for optimization and scale.
•Finance: Work closely with accounting team to ensure accurate reporting and timely invoicing.
•Client Services: Maintain Evolve Media’s relationships with programmatic platform vendors, direct clients and other key stakeholders.
•Monetization: Manage both costs incurred and advertising revenue generated from use of vendor buying platforms.
•Digital/Online Advertising Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of online ad operations experience; must have a basic foundation of common industry concepts, such as CPM, CPC and CPA models with a deep understanding of online, mobile and video ad serving.
•Must possess very strong analytical, as well as strategic problem-solving and decision-making skills.
•Knowledge and working experience with DoubleClick/DFP, Google AdExchange, Rubicon Project, AppNexus and other ad serving and/or SSP vendor platforms.
•Experience working with data management platforms or similar vendors, such as Lotame, Krux, BlueKai, Exelate.
•Familiarity with ComScore, Nielsen and other online marketing audience measurement tools.
•Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently present ideas and share information with clients.
•Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers, employees, external clients and 3rd party vendors. •Ability to meet deadlines in a timely fashion in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
•Ability to manage and prioritize tasks or projects around the needs of multiple, internal and external customers.
•Extensive knowledge of the digital/online marketing ecosystem, tactics, events, etc. is a plus.
